How long will it take to ship/receive my BURST products?

Standard delivery is 7-15 working days from the date of shipping and always free to you. We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional cost. These options and costs are available when checking out.

 Please note that during busy periods such as Black Friday week, 4th of July and other holidays shipments can be delayed as carriers receive a larger than normal volume of packages and postal items. Your Tracking link will always show the most up to date information and progress of your order to you.

Why has the tracking on my APIYOO package not updated?

During busier times carriers may miss some tracking scans along the way. This doesn't mean your package is not on the way. 

Right now postal carriers are having such large volumes of packaged that slower than usual shipping and tracking missing some steps 

How do I track my package from APIYOO?

You can track your BURST order in a couple of handy ways. 

  1. Once your order has been shipped we will email you to let you know and include a direct link to your order tracking link.
  2. You can track your order from the My APIYOO > Orders tab of your account on the website.

Note: In an effort to introduce eco-friendly packaging on shipments and reduce plastic usage, APIYOO now sends some orders using flatpack mailing. These orders will not have active tracking links. If you have not received your Shipment notice or tracking link, Be sure to check your Spam or Junk folder.

Storage and charging of the toothbrush?

If the toothbrush is used for the first time (just purchased or not used for 3 months or more) or stops working during use, charge the machine. Suitable ambient temperature for charging is 5°C to 35°C. If the temperature is too high or too low, the battery may not be charged normally or charged.
To maintain the sufficient battery power, you can place the machine on the charger when not in use, which does not cause the machine to
be overcharged.
During use and charging, the machine may become hot, which is normal. Please charge the machine in time after the low power prompt. Due to the setting of battery protection, failure to charge within one week after the low power prompt will cause the battery protection to lock and fail to recharge.
