Quality guarantee service for two years
We provide a quality guarantee service to exchange for our products within two years.The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase. During the first
year warranty period, we will replace the whole fuselage free of charge and bear the round trip freight for all defects caused by materials and production process. During the second-year warranty period, the cost of return freight shall be borne by the user. The above quality guarantee service does not include the followings: Product damage due to the improper use; Aging, abrasion, scratch, discoloration or discolor caused by normal use; Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, modification or unauthorized repair; If the anti-counterfeiting code is altered or damaged, the warranty shall be stopped immediately. If it needs to be repaired or replaced within the warranty period, please send the warranty card and the packing box (make sure that the anti counterfeiting code is clear and visible) back to Apiyoo after-sale service center.
Changed your mind? No worries, we can help! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your returns. You can return your eligible items by mail within 14 days of the original delivery date.
Mail-in returns will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product.
NOTE : All the returns will be processed within 10-15 business days due to the situation with COVID-19 after the order has arrived in the return facility.
15% restocking fee will be charged for all returned items that are broken seals.
Brush must be returned with all of the items that were included in the box. Additional charges will be applied for missing items.
The shipping Fee is non-refundable once the order is processed(Tracking # generated).

Shipping for the returned goods is not covered and not refundable.
Customers are responsible for their return shipping costs.
EXCEPTION: APIYOO takes responsibility for the shipping costs/prepaid shipping labels only if a replacement item needs to be sent to the customer because it was received defected, wrong or damaged.
